SERVICING YOUR TIMEPIECE

• All watches are examined and repaired in the order in which they are received.
• As soon as the problem is isolated, we will call you with a full explanation and estimate for the repair.
• At that time you may approve or decline all work.
• If declined allow 4 weeks for pickup with no charge to you.
• If approved, according to availability of parts, we will process your repair in a timely fashion. Allow approximately 6-8 weeks.
• You will receive a phone call again when ready.
• Please be advised that complications and "part" backorders are not uncommon.
• All work guaranteed for one year.

General Watch Care

• Avoid drastic temperature changes.
• Avoid dampness, humidity and sweat.
• Wipe with soft cloth after each use.
• When quartz watch is not in use pull out crown
• Store in dry consistent temperature
